Store profits go to shelter operating expenses. This helps us pay for about 50% of our costs, so purchasing your bunnies’ supplies from us, you are supporting the shelter operation in a significant way.

High Quality Timothy Hay
Timothy Hay: The large bag of high quality timothy hay in the photos is what we sell. Pet stores generally sell smaller quantities for more money. Purchasing hay from us is a GREAT deal and the quality of hay is also much better. It comes from Alberta, one of the prime timothy hay growing regions in North America. Hay is the staple in a rabbit’s diet and adult rabbits should be fed timothy or orchard grass hay and not alfalfa hay.

House Rabbit Handbook: How to Live with an Urban Rabbit, 5th Edition
by Marinell Harriman
The House Rabbit Handbook coined the term “house rabbit” and continues at the forefront of rabbit care and appreciation. This revision includes updated health-care and dietary information, accompanied by diagrams and photo illustrations, and chapters on understanding rabbit language, choosing a rabbit, and safety issues. A new section includes revised recommendations for rabbit space and how to creatively integrate it with human space. Also here are improved techniques for litter box training, bunny proofing, lifting and handling, grooming and bonding; behavior insights from expert caregivers; dealing with elderly, special-needs, and disabled bunnies; and much more.
Understanding Your Rabbit’s Habits
by Tamsin Stone
Understanding Your Rabbit’s Habits is all about the fascinating, and sometimes puzzling, behaviour of pet rabbits. Its goal is to help you learn to identify and understand your pet’s behaviours and then use that knowledge to improve your rabbit’s welfare.
In brief, you’ll learn:
• How to read rabbit body language
• How to recognize common rabbit behaviours and the motivations behind them
• How to tailor your rabbit’s environment and care to meet their needs
